Hello everyone, so today’s post and video will be on my favorite flavored water. I fell in love with flavored water when I was pregnant with my second little man. And since I have been drinking it daily. I love it. Some days you just need something refreshing with flavor. This is way better than any soda any day. We have not had soda in our house for over 3 years and it has been life changing. So I am here to share this with all of you.

I never even really thought of flavored water ever! Until some co workers at my old job started drinking “Detoxifying” water and well it looked good so I tried it. After that it was an addiction. My hubby’s green thumb grew us a huge mint plant that I had the whole office at work addicted to. Best mint ever!! That plant is still going strong and it all started in my grandmas front yard years ago.

Well let me tell you what kind it is. It is Lemon, cucumber and mint leaves. Lemons are excellent for you. You may think they are super acidic from the acid but in water they are very alkaline for the body. And if you watched my last video you know how great alkaline water is for you. It is great for digestion and helps boost your immune system. Cucumbers have great anti-inflammatory properties to it. And last but not least Mint is great for your digestive system, helps settle your tummy and has a great taste. Especially with ICE! There are so many benefits to all these foods. So it does not only taste good it is also very healthy for you.
