Luke 23:34

Forgiveness. One simple word. A word not many people like to use these days. Since I gave my life over to Jesus I learned how to forgive with love. Something I definitely did not do in the past. But once you hand over your life to the Lord it becomes easier. I know how it also can feel to just not forgive. I have felt this way about many of the people who have hurt me or my loved ones. But even when you have that feeling in your heart just take the time and pray for that person. No matter how angry you are towards them. Praying for this person and God’s help can change your way of thought and God will work everything out for your good. Prayer is powerful. God wants you to love everyone including the ones you believe shouldn’t be loved. Don’t give into the temptation of sin it always leads down the wrong path. Forgive and give it to God. Let go and let God. As I heard my pastor talk about this past week Jesus states the two most important commandments are to love the LORD our God with all our heart, soul, mind with everything the second is to love your neighbor as yourself in Mark 7. We all love ourselves, someone once said when you look at a group photo with you in it. Who is the first person you look for? Don’t lie you know it’s you. So face it we love ourselves and we are to love everyone around us the same. Even when we don’t want to that is when you need to let go and let God.

I hope this can give some love and hope to you. I know there are so many circumstances that you think are not forgivable. But with God all things are possible. He brings a peace unexplainable.

Have a happy Monday night. Until next time. God bless.
