Cheesy Spaghetti Biscuits

So I came up with this yummy meal one day. I wanted to make something different but this is what it turned into. So here it is. It came out pretty good. I really wanted to make meatballs for the meat but I seriously contemplated getting my hands dirty (haha) turns out I didn’t want to deal with the messy hands. Lazy I know… Mom life =). Anyhoo let’s get this started.

What you will need

1 lb Ground Beef
1 Egg
1/2 tbsp Salt
1/2 Pepper
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Parmesan
2 tbs Basil
2 Pillsbury Grand Buttermilk Biscuits 10.2 Oz
1 1/2 Cup Cheese Estimated
1 cup of Marinara sauce

Add in some muffin pans for at least 12 servings into what you will need.

Alright so first thing you want to do is make sure you preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Get your ground beef and mash it up little so it isn’t this huge chunk and crack open an egg to add in.

Add in all your seasonings. Salt, pepper, parmesan, garlic powder, and basil.

Now your going to sing the mixing song and mix it all up. I think I am watching way too much Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood I am starting to turn everything into a song… again Mom life. Okay this step I did not do so I added as optional because I should’ve done it but my laziness kicked in. So make a meatball and brown the meat on medium high heat and drain out any extra fat and add your 1 cup of marinara sauce in after your meat has browned a bit. Let it warm up and move on to the next step.

Okay now your going to get your biscuits and separate them in each muffin pan slot. Mold them to fit so you can add meat into each one. Then add your meatball or about 1 tbsp of meat to each muffin (biscuit). Then top with some cheese. I didn’t have an exact measurement so just wing it depending on how much cheese you want to use.

Cook in the oven for about 9-12 minutes. Take them out and let them cool and enjoy! Hubby and I loved this recipe. Hope you do too and have a beautiful evening. Happy hump day! I will have a copy of the recipe for anyone to print out and save below.
